Join OH Van Services and connect with customers looking for van hire, removals, and delivery services. This guide will walk you through the registration process step by step.
Getting Started
Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following ready:
- Business name and contact information
- Business address and service area
- Valid email address for your account
- Business logo (optional but recommended)
- Photos of your vehicles/services (optional but recommended)
- License numbers (if applicable - waste carrier license, etc.)
- Insurance information
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Visit the Registration Page
Click "Register" or "Sign Up" in the top navigation menu.
- Fill in Your Details
Enter your username, email address, and create a secure password. You can also add your full name and phone number.
- Verify Your Email
Check your email inbox for a verification link. Click the link to verify your email address before proceeding.
- Log In
Once verified, log in to your account to access the dashboard.
Step 2: Add Your Business
- Navigate to Add Business
From your dashboard, click "Add Business" or visit the "Add Business" page directly.
- Basic Information
Enter your business name, select your primary service category, and add a detailed description of your services.
- Location Details
Add your business city and postcode. This helps customers find you in their area.
- Contact Information
Provide your phone number, email address, and website (if applicable).
- Business Hours
Set your opening and closing hours, and specify which days of the week you operate.
- Upload Images
Add a main business image and your business logo. High-quality images help attract more customers.
- Service Details
Select all service categories you offer, specify van sizes available, and add relevant tags to help customers find you.
- Business Credentials
Add your company number, VAT information, insurance details, and any relevant licenses (e.g., waste carrier license).
- Social Media Links
Optionally add links to your social media profiles to help customers connect with you.
Step 3: Review and Submit
- Review Your Information
Double-check all your details for accuracy. Make sure your contact information is correct.
- Agree to Terms
Read and agree to the platform terms and conditions.
- Submit Your Listing
Click "Submit" to create your business listing. Your listing will be live once approved.
After Registration

- Once approved, your listing will appear in search results
