Keep your business listing up to date to attract more customers and provide accurate information. This guide covers everything you need to know about managing your listing.
Accessing Your Dashboard
- Log In
Log in to your OH Van Services account using your username and password.
- Navigate to Dashboard
Click "Dashboard" in the navigation menu or visit the dashboard page directly.
- View Your Businesses
You'll see all your claimed businesses listed on your dashboard with key statistics and quick actions.
Updating Business Information
What You Can Update
- Basic Details: Business name, description, category, and tags
- Contact Information: Phone number, email, website, and social media links
- Location: City, postcode, and service area
- Business Hours: Opening/closing times and operating days
- Service Details: Service categories, van sizes, and service types
- Credentials: Company number, VAT info, insurance, and licenses
- Images: Business photos and logo
How to Edit
- From your dashboard, click "Edit" on the business you want to update
- Make your changes to any fields you want to update
- Upload new images if needed (replace existing ones or add additional photos)
- Click "Save" to update your listing
Managing Photos
Photo Best Practices
- Main Image: Use a high-quality photo of your vehicle or team in action
- Business Logo: Upload a clear, professional logo that represents your brand
- Image Quality: Use clear, well-lit photos (minimum 800x600 pixels recommended)
- File Format: JPG or PNG format works best
- File Size: Keep images under 5MB for faster loading
Tip: Update your photos regularly, especially if you get new vehicles or update your branding.
Viewing Analytics
Available Metrics
Your dashboard provides valuable insights into how customers interact with your listing:
- View Count: How many times your listing has been viewed
- Contact Clicks: Phone, email, and website clicks
- Social Media Clicks: Clicks on your social media links
- Quote Requests: Number of quote requests received
- Engagement Trends: Visual charts showing your listing's performance over time
Use these metrics to understand what's working and identify areas for improvement.
Managing Quote Requests
Your dashboard shows all quote requests from customers. You can:
- View pending quote requests
- Respond with a quote amount and message
- Decline requests that don't fit your services
- Filter requests by status (pending, quoted, declined, expired)
- See customer contact information and service requirements
Important: Respond to quote requests promptly to improve your chances of winning business.
Regular Maintenance
Keep Your Listing Current
- Weekly: Check for new quote requests and respond promptly
- Monthly: Review your analytics and update any outdated information
- Seasonally: Update business hours if they change (holidays, etc.)
- As Needed: Update photos when you get new vehicles or rebrand
- Immediately: Update contact information if phone numbers or emails change
